Thank you for your payment to The Way

If you paid using Worldpay or PayPal you should receive an e-mail receipt soon. If you do not, please check that the payment went through—or simply e-mail us and we will check for you. If you are paying by cheque we will fulfill your order as soon as the cheque arrives.

If you have paid for a subscription, we will e-mail you explaining how to access The Way online, and if it is a print subscription your first issue will also be sent to you as soon as it is published.

If your payment was for a back-number, book or CD-ROM order, we will e-mail you when the items are sent. In the case of Special Order books there may be some delay.

If you are unsure whether the transaction went through, or you would prefer to pay by cheque, please contact us. Please let us know, as far as possible, what seems to have gone wrong if the payment failed—all internet payment services have a propensity to reject cards, so please do not become concerned if this has happened since it is unlikely that there is actually a problem with your card. Feedback helps us to improve website and we are grateful if you take the time to alert us to problems.
